Community Outreach
Church is about connecting people to God and to one another. If God calls you to First Church, we look forward to you being part of our family of faith as we partner with local schools, reach out to the downtown homeless population, collaborate with the OKC National Memorial and Museum, and make a difference in our neighborhoods. We look forward to seeing God’s continued work in our city. There is no debate that the best is yet to come for First Church and for OKC!
Homeless Ministry
First Church has a long history of helping the homeless to gain access to permanent housing, providing care for and ministry to the homeless, and partnering with community agencies to decrease homeless rates in our city. Part of the great privilege of being a downtown church is helping those who are most vulnerable in our community.
Exodus House
Our church's involvement with The Exodus House includes financial support, hosting events, and investing in the participants in their ministry. If you'd like to learn more about this ministry, visit The Exodus House website
OKC Memorial Marathon
As a partner of the OKC Memorial Marathon, we love to promote and encourage everyone to be involved in the marathon in any way they can. To get involved, go to the OKC Marathon website.
